Enjoy world-class surfing: catch the waves at Playa Dominical, just a 15-minute drive from the Villa.

Tour the mangroves by kayak and watch a wide variety of birds and sea creatures at the Ballena National Park.

Feel the rush as you soar through the treetops and view jungle life from the canopy of the rain forest.  Here you travel from tree to tree by sliding along cables while anchored with a safety harness.

Explore the coastline by boat and enjoy one of the best fishing spots in Costa Rica, known for its abundance of marlin, tuna, mahi-mahi, and other sport fish.

Visit Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica's largest national forest, only 35 kilometers away from Dominical. Here you are bound to spot the endangered squirrel monkeys and other rare and fascinating wildlife.

Nauyaca Waterfalls is a fun horseback-riding trail that gives you the opportunity to get closer to nature and see otherwise hidden wonders. A breathtaking trip through a majestic forest, the trail leads to a spectacular waterfall that cascades down into a shimmering 20-foot deep pool – too tempting not to swim in!

Viewable from the Villa, Cano Island is a biological reserve for areas of coral and rock reef.  With great visibility almost all year round, and pristine waters full of colorful marine life, this is one of the best places to go snorkeling.

Corcovado National Parkland in the Osa Peninsula is one of the most diverse tropical areas on earth and one of the jewels of Costa Rica's southern Pacific coast.  It is home to several species, including jaguars, various reptiles and birds, as well as over 500 kinds of trees.

Stroll along any of the secluded beaches on the Pacific coastline, or swim in the warm ocean waters of Playa Ventana, Playa Hermosa, or Playa Ballena, all within a 20- minute drive.

Escaleras boasts its own private waterfall nearby, only 2 kilometers from the Villa.
